A highly interactive person operating in a cross-functional way, it involves engaging with people throughout NZTE to collaborate on service design projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve this while building design skills and design thinking in others.
This is a practical, hands-on role; it requires inspirational leadership and coaching skills, a curious attitude, conceptual and innovative thinking as well as a naturally collaborative approach. Relevant experience will be from your leadership of transformational projects where uncovering customer needs to deliver exceptional outcomes was paramount.
