Pohlen Kean uses the personal information we collect to enable us to provide you with a high level of service. We respect the confidentiality of your private information and commit to use it only for the purposes for which it was provided which may include:
Providing you with Recruitment, Career and HR Consulting services.
Informing you of opportunities and/or industry events.
Making contact with you to explore employment opportunities or career services.
Conducting reference checks on your behalf.
Storage Security and Destruction
When you email your CV/Resume to us we store it in a secure password protected server database. This database is periodically purged and old files are inactivated and deleted.
Physical CV/Resumes we receive through the mail are stored in secure filing areas until scanned into our database, after which they are destroyed by a secure commercial document destruction specialist.
Access to your Information
We will provide you with a copy of the personal information we hold about you provided that is does not interfere with our privacy obligations to any other parties under the Privacy Act 1993.
